The rastelli was in a great location, very close to the town centre. my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the breakfast options were decent, offering a mix of hot and cold dishes, which I appreciated. the fitness center was also a nice touch.
i would add that the walls and furniture could use some updates.

clean, clean, clean
The room was immaculate, providing a fresh atmosphere that instantly made me feel comfortable. I appreciated the impressive water pressure in the bathroom, which really enhanced my shower experience. The buffet breakfast was delightful, with a great variety that included scrambled eggs, bacon, and fresh options that were replenished quickly.
do recommend 😊❤️

the mini fridge was, shockingly, not working, and how rare is it to have an ashtray full of butts at arrival? i had to request the usual bath mat for my elderly mother that they apparently don’t keep. certainly, i expected some kind of upgrade for my troubles but received nothing. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

We had a spacious top-floor room with a terrace, but man, the lack of air conditioning made it hot as hell. On the upside, the bathroom was pretty sweet!

I enjoyed the spacious room and the efficiency kitchen, perfect for making meals. Breakfast had good options, but the wifi connection was really poor. I'd choose this again.

My kids wished for more family-oriented amenities.

missingWrote a review on 04 Jul
A few critical issues need addressing, the lack of air conditioning left many guests uncomfortable during warmer nights, and noise disturbances from the rear car park were mentioned as a downside. Some reviews pointed out that breakfast items frequently ran out, and guests were often left with limited hot beverage options. one reviewer noted that check-in could be a hassle, particularly with limited desk staff available at busy times, which didn’t help matters when trying to resolve issues with room amenities like the inoperable minibar or insufficient toiletries.

Great location, it was perfect for a retreat away from the city—very peaceful. The beds were super comfy! Housekeeping was attentive, and we appreciated the little touches like a welcome drink.
One staff member could have been more courteous. the bar downstairs meant purchasing drinks rather than bringing our own.

It was just a prime choice for a short stayover in Tervuren with good price-quality ratio. Breakfast was just okay, but they offered scrambled eggs and bacon, which was a nice touch. Bring your own water since they only provide one bottle per day.
